Hi Neighbors,
We are so excited! Larimer County Health Department has cleared pools to open with specific restrictions. We are set to open on Tuesday, June 9th for both lap swim and daytime swim hours. Reading the entirety of this message will be very helpful for you and your family for this pool season.

We will have to use a reservation system for this pool season, as we must limit the number of guests at the pool at a time. To use the pool this season, each household will need to register by completing this form: https://forms.gle/4kQsacWF5TMxRDiz7. Please also print and bring a signed copy of this WAIVER to the pool for your household. If you forget, they will have paper copies there for each member to sign. Once you have registered on the form, you will receive an email as soon as you are put into the system (we will do this as soon as possible) with a link to the pool's new website. From here, you can log in to add your other household members and reserve pool times. You will create a 4-digit pin to login to your account. This system will replace pool tags. A lifeguard will be doing check-ins at the front desk.
90-minute reservation blocks will be available from 9:00am-8:00pm each day in addition to lap swim from 5:30-6:30am. Each reservation block will be followed by a 30-minute block where lifeguards will clean and sanitize for the next session. If less than 50 people are at the pool and there is space available for walk-in use during a 90-minute time block, a green flag will be visible along the southeast fence, and walk-ins will be welcome until capacity is reached. These walk-ins, however, will have to leave the pool once that 90-minute time block is up. For example, if someone came 70 minutes into the time block because a green flag was up, they would only have 20 minutes to swim. If the time block is completely full, a red flag will be on the southeast fence. Walk-in users will still need to have completed their registration and signed the waiver to use the pool. Please see below for additional information on reservations.
Due to the circumstances of this season, no guests will be allowed this summer. The only exception will be for nannies or other childcare individuals, in place of a parent that day. They will have to sign a waiver at the pool as well as be added to your membership online before coming to the pool. No big party reservations will be available this summer either. We are sorry for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding.
We thank you for your patience as we navigate the county guidance in place to keep us all healthy. We want this season to go smoothly and for you all to enjoy the pool while keeping each other safe! We know it may be difficult to adjust to this new system, but we appreciate your patience in advance.
We are working with the Health Department and will notify members of any changes in guidance as soon as those changes become available.
We ask that members practice physical distancing on the deck and in the pool. Face masks are recommended while on the deck if physical distancing is not possible. The deck has been marked off with areas that families can use, while keeping appropriate distance from others. We also ask that restroom use be limited to one person at a time, or one child with a parent at a time. If you have a cough or fever, please stay home and take care of yourself.
